February 6, 2020, the 22nd annual amfAR Gala New York at Cipriani Wall Street was released to pay tribute to legendary model and businesswoman Iman, renowned CEO and president of Pace Gallery Marc Glimcher, and award-winning playwright Matthew Lopez for their longstanding support of amfAR and their commitment to the fight against AIDS.
The evening was attended by many celebrities: Anna Wintour, Lily Aldridge, Adrien Brody, Andy Cohen, Diplo, Fairfax Dorn, Isabeli Fontana, Rashid Johnson, Heidi Klum, Michael Kors, Padma Lakshmi, Billy Porter, Zac Posen, Cindy and Howard Rachofsky, Lais Ribeiro, Coco Rocha, Carine Roitfeld, Julian Schnabel, Jeffrey Schoenfeld and Matt Holbein, Amber Valletta, Yvonne and Leo Villareal, Charlie Puth, Sofi Tukker

Longtime amfAR supporter Padma Lakshmi opened the evening, welcoming guests and thanking the fashion community for their continued support of amfAR’s work to bring the global AIDS epidemic to an end. Lakshmi introduced fashion industry leader and activist Anna Wintour, and the 22nd annual amfAR Gala New York started.
The evening featured outstanding performances. Merry Belle (www.merry-belle.com), as a signature sponsor, presented a new exclusive collection of fine jewelry, which won the hearts of those present in the hall with its charm and aesthetic beauty. Also as part of the event, Merry Belle jewelry was generously donated by Merry Belle to the fund to support the initiative of AIDS Research.
Heidi Klum presented exquisite earrings by Merry Belle with diamonds, emeralds and white gold of $28,000 which were sold in auction for $42,000.
